COVID-19 & Remote Therapy

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am no longer seeing patients at my office in NW Portland, and am instead seeing patients remotely. Extraordinary times like these can be profoundly isolating. Many of us are facing issues of workplace safety, economic uncertainty, loneliness and caregiver fatigue on top of our pre-existing challenges. If you are used to in-person therapy, remote therapy may take some getting used to, but for many it has become an invaluable tool for self-care and resilience in these difficult times. With the space to work from our own environment, we can examine current patterns and responses, and build a healthy approach to challenging feelings and situations.

I offer remote therapy through several platforms. We can do video or audio-only sessions depending on your preference.

I will continue to monitor and evaluate the COVID-19 situation in Portland, and look forward to reopening my office when it is safe to do so. I also plan to offer remote sessions indefinitely for patients who are quarantining or need more flexibility.
